REEEALLLY wanna get flawless skin again!
might need to eat and live healthily again for that to happen..
cos skin, like any other organ in the body, needs care to be well..
in fact, since its the largest organ in the body!!!
so what is needed for good skin?
“the skin tone or color is something you are born with and cant be changed.
you can get flawless skin by eating healthy and taking care of it (washing/moisturizing)
drinking WATER does magic.”
saw this on yahoo answers, as written by marshmallow dances.
1) no refined carbohydrates
2) no sugar
3) more water and fiber

this is ideal:
Limes and Lemons Will Help to Whiten Skin
Citric acid is a great base that will whiten your skin gradually. I say gradually because you probably won’t notice a difference immediately. If you decide to use citric acid based fruits, understand that you shouldn’t use it and then go out in the sun as you may burn if you have fair skin or tan if you have darker skin.
Citric acid is also a good acne home remedy as well.
To use this skin whitening method, you will want to create a mask with a couple lemons or limes a cup of raw milk and a teaspoon of glycerin or flour. The flour will make this into a paste that you can apply directly to your skin. Apply this to your face and leave on 20-30 minutes and then rinse thoroughly.
Another alternative to using lemon or lime juice as a skin whitening mask is to take a few drops of lemon juice and mix with some grated tomatoes. Apply to the face and leave on for 20 minutes and then rinse off. Do this twice a day for up to 20 days and you should notice whiter skin.
You can also follow aruveydic techniques for whitening the skin by making a mask with a little flour, turmeric powder and lime juice. Mix well to form a paste and apply directly to the skin. Leave on for 20-30 minutes and rinse off.
(but then later read in the comments section that the above concoction caused acne. -.- perhaps its due to its high potency which isnt good for sensitive skin.)
so yeah
another user recommended this:
am using olive oil, white egg en oat meal!! its really working
WHAT WORKED FOR ME:
i used to change my diet just to lose weight. and this diet too helped in the appearance of my skin!
i would eat only boiled veggies and fish/ chicken, whatever whole foods.
then id exercise and sweat it out.
Would also blend different kinds of veggies together to eat, and some of these smoothies tasted like tomato sauce too! (blended organic oyster mushrooms and organic baby tomatoes).
I only ate fruits, veggies, and boiled/ steamed whole foods.
oatmeal instead of bread for breakfast too.
excluded totally the existence of chips, chocolates, junk foods, sweets, fried foods, etc (refined carbs) from my diet..
drank only plain water (recommended amount of 8 cups) instead of other alternatives esp those sold at supermarkets.
didnt even eat whole meal bread. hur.
at least, i took control of my choices and i felt like i was in control. i recorded what i ate and its results.
my skin was daebak then. if only i didnt run so much, nor slept so little
exercise in moderation, lightly as much as possible, and sleep early, regularly.
REST in your heart, relax and yup. that was crucial for me too.
ooooh. my skin was so good as i took good care of it.
sigh okay YESSSA. as long as my motivation is gooood. (its good what, cos im taking good care of myself), YAY.
cos the moment i thought i had to suffer as punishment -.- i did things that werent good for myself.
slept late lah, did all the things contrary to what i knew was good for me -.- :((((
but now HEHEHEH. as long as the heart is right, amen!! :)
gonna do whats right!!
discipline, alina. discipline!!
